Prospector Condos

Featuring a mountain view from each apartment, this Aspen, Colorado accommodation is 5 minutes’ walk of the Aspen Gondola and downtown Aspen. All apartments feature a private hot tub.

Each apartment provides a patio, a wood-burning fireplace and an entertainment system at Prospector Condos. Free WiFi and bathrobes are also provided. The Prospector has extremely limited on property parking for economy to mid-sized vehicles. Due to height restraints in the garage larger SUV’s, trucks with toppers and RV’s will not fit. The garage is reserved for Prospector owners on a first come first serve basis for one vehicle. Parking on property for paying guests can not be confirmed until check-in and will be limited to one vehicle. If parking is available on property for paying guests, there will be a daily charge of $25 on your guest folio. Street parking with a residential permit pass is available for $25 for guests of The Prospector for the duration of stay. Simply stop by the Front Desk during business hours to register your vehicle. Concierge services are also offered at Condos Prospector. Colorado Mountain Express in 142 km away. Wagner Park is 5 minutes’ walk away from Prospector Condos. NOTE: Most parties traveling to Aspen will not have need for a vehicle. Shopping, restaurants, and nightlife are located within blocks of the property. For those skiing/riding/cycling/hiking our 4 mountains there are free shuttles operated by RTFA available from 6am – 2am.
