Kihei Kai Oceanfront Resort was the first condo on Sugar Beach. We have kept the "Old Hawaii Feeling" all these years with our beautiful Tropical Gardens, Hawaiian Music and the Aloha Spirit throughout our resort.

Our condos are each owned by different owners and each have their own flair. Ron and I live on-site which we feel is very important to our guests.
