Benimamet
Benimámet (in Valencian and officially Benimàmet) is a district of Valencia, located in the northwest of its municipal district, in the district of Poblados del Oeste bordering the towns of Burjasot and Paterna. Its population registered in 2012 was 14,174 inhabitants (INE). It was an independent municipality until 1882, year in which it became a district of Valencia. It conforms, together with Beniferri, the district of Poblados del Oeste (in Valencian Poblats de l'Oest). The Valencia International Exhibition Fair and the Lluís Puig Municipal Velodrome are located in its surroundings.
