Torremolinos

Torremolinos is a Spanish municipality located in the province of Málaga, on the Mediterranean coast of the autonomous community of Andalucía. It is the head of the homonymous judicial party and is integrated in the region of the Costa del Sol Occidental, the commonwealth of municipalities of the same name and the metropolitan area of ​​Malaga.
It is located on the Costa del Sol, on the western shore of the bay of Malaga and behind the Sierra de Mijas. It is located at an altitude of 49 meters above sea level and 13 km from the center of Malaga, the provincial capital. Molinos Tower

The Molinos tower or Torre de los Molinos is a defense tower located in the municipality of Torremolinos, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia, Spain.
The Molinos tower was built by the Nasrids around 1300, being one of the pieces of the chain of defensive towers that were erected along the coast of the former Kingdom of Granada. It appears with this name already in the Ordinances of 1497, although later it was called Pimentel Tower, in memory of a soldier who attended the Catholic Monarchs in the capture of Malaga.
Built in adobe, it is 12 meters high, two floors, windows to the sea and a terrace. Declared Well of Cultural Interest, its interior is practically demolished.

Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Center

The Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Center, also known as the Old College of Railway Orphans, is a property of the municipality of Torremolinos, province of Malaga, Spain, declared a Site of Cultural Interest in 1990.
It is a building built in 1935, according to the project of the architect Francisco Alonso Martos, following the progressive ideals prevailing during the Second Republic, both in the purpose of its original use, orphanage, and in its architectural characteristics, corresponding to the Modern Movement.
It is located in the center of an elevated garden, overlooking the sea. The entrance door and the openings are inscribed in the art deco aesthetic, while the rest of the property has aerodynamic characteristics, with the exception of some small decorative details of Andalusian vernacular tradition.
