Vilaseca (in Catalan and officially Vila-seca) is a municipality in Catalonia, Spain. It belongs to the province of Tarragona, in the region of Tarragonés. According to data from January 2017 its population is 21 993 inhabitants. In addition to the main nucleus, the municipality also includes the urban centers of La Pineda, on the coast; and La Plana, in the limit of the municipal term touching Reus.
Until the 1980s it kept its traditional name of Vilaseca de Solcina, then taking the name of Vila-seca and Salou. In 1989 Salou segregated from the municipality after a long controversy.
Within the municipality is part of the leisure complex of PortAventura World.

The station of Vilaseca (according to Adif and in Catalan Estació de Vila-seca) is a railway station located in the homonymous Spanish municipality, in the province of Tarragona, autonomous community of Catalonia. It has medium distance services.
