Fréjus (in Occitan Frejús) is a French town in the department of Var, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Located south of the Estérel mountain range, at the junction and common mouth of the Argens and Reyran rivers, in the Mediterranean, it is the most populous town in the eastern part of the department, as part of the joint urban agglomeration of Fréjus-Saint -Raphaël.
