Church of the Holy Trinity (Hastings)

The Holy Trinity Church is an Anglican church located in the center of Hastings, an English city and municipality in the county of East Sussex (in the southeast of England). It was built in the 50s of the 20th century - a period in which Hastings was growing rapidly as a seaside resort - by the prolific and eccentric architect Samuel Sanders Teulon, “head of unscrupulous architects of the“ Victorian Gothic Revival ”style ( Victorian Gothic Revival) (1) The Early English Decorated Gothic church is distinguished by its opulently decorated interior and its complicated layout in the city center, given that no other suitable location was found for it. It took eight years to build it and the initially planned tower was never built. The patrimonial designation of the building is Grade II * due to its architectural and historical importance.
