The apartment is situated in the dwelling Arve, in the centre of Saas-Almagell. The tourist office as well as the post office and various shops are in immediate vincinity.

Cable car facilities, sports grounds and bus stops are within a few minutes walk. The apartment is on the 1st floor in the house Arve and has three bedrooms with double bed and sink, a bathroom/WC, a separate shower and a spacious south-facing balcony / lawn. Fully equipped kitchen: a ceramic hob, a oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette stove and a fondue set.
