There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite finishings and stainless steel appliances including an oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice machine. There are 3 LCD TVs and DVD players thoughout. One in the lounge with a recliner suite and cable channels, one with Playstation PS2 with games in the kids lounge area and one in the elegant master bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Board games are on offer. The home has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 3 king singles and 2 trundle beds. There is a covered BBQ area, an outdoor dining area and a daybed for relaxation. The backyard is securely fenced and has monkey bars, swings and a trampoline for children. Other entertainment includes totem tennis, table tennis, fishing rods and 2 bicycles to explore the surrounding area. Pets are also welcome. There is a double lock up garage and a huge parking bay for up to 3 cars, caravan or an extra large boat. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. This luxuriously home is surrounded by bushland, and just a 15-minute walk from the beach. Kangaroos graze on the large grassland beside the property at dawn and dusk, and there is abundant duck life and sometimes ducks in the pond. A courtesy bus is available connecting to Marcoola and Coolum Surf Life Saving Clubs..
