Church of San Salvador (Getaria)

The church of San Salvador (Salbatore Parroki Eliza) in Guetaria (province of Guipúzcoa, Spain) is a Gothic style building that is declared a National Monument. It dates from at least the fourteenth century, although most of it was built between the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries and had to undergo numerous repairs during the nineteenth century because of the damage it suffered in the Carlist Wars.
In this church the first General Meetings of Guipúzcoa were held in 1397.
