Llanes
Llanes is a council (municipality) of the autonomous community of the Principality of Asturias in Spain. It holds the title of "Very noble and loyal villa." It has an area of 263.59 km², according to the municipal register for 2017 of the INE with 13 759 inhabitants and a density of 52.2 hab ./km².
The town of Llanes is located on the edge of the Cantabrian Sea, near the Picos de Europa, with numerous beaches and a good conservation of its monumental heritage, which makes tourism one of the largest areas of activity. Its port maintains some fishing activity.
The current population is assembled on the former administrative district of Aquilare (Aguilar), documented before the twelfth century and linked to the castle of Aguilar. In the thirteenth century, the so-called Puebla de Aguilar obtains jurisdiction granted by Alfonso IX de León becoming the town of Llanes.

Llanes Casino
The Casino de Llanes (Asturias, Spain), is located in the heart of the town of Llanisca, a few meters from the Town Hall in a place previously occupied by the municipal market. This property was promoted by the Casino de Llanes Society in 1910.
It is a modernist-inspired building (decorative elements on the facade, decorated balconies, female masks, general taste for visual refill), designed by the architect Juan Álvarez Mendoza.

Llanes Doors: Four doors that gave access to the city.
Medieval wall: It is the second length stretch in northern Spain.
Torreón de Llanes: Circular 13th century defense tower, today houses the tourist office.
Basilica de Llanes: Gothic style church started in the 12th century.
Capilla de la Magdalena: Located in the Plaza de la Magadalena, it is a parish church that dates back to the 13th century, although it has been renovated on different occasions.
Juan Pariente's house: The oldest house in Llanes located in the main square.
Chapel of Santa Ana: Chapel dedicated to Santa Ana, San Telmo and San Nicolás from the 15th century.
Castañaga Palace: Former manor house of the Rivero located in the main street.
Posada Herrera Palace: Posada Herrera's birthplace. Built between the seventeenth and eighteenth century.
Palace of the Duke of Estrada: large baroque palace, it has two square towers at the ends of the main facade. It is ruined since the fire of 1809. The building features a splendid oriental portico with excellent open stonework at two levels of arches on pillars.
Casa del Cercáu: Building founded by Bishop Pedro de Junco Posada in 1597.
