The apartment is situated about 200 m. from the beach, but far enough from the noise of the main street.

From the living room you can go to a comfortable terrace, looking at the bay, though the sea view is limited. The flat is air-conditioned and is equipped with electronic key card, which switches off the air-conditioning when going out. Smoking is allowed at the two terraces. Pets are not allowed. There is a free parking place on the street in front of the building, but do not be surprised if it is busy during August and July.
