Our property is one of the first guesthouses in this area. We started small, with 2 apartments.

Later, we built another apartment with intention to expand. Since 2007 we are successfully hosting guests from all over the world. What really makes us proud and happy is the fact that our old guests, which stayed here 6, 7 or even 8 years ago, return to our property. I would say that hospitality is the main reason why our property is so special. We will happily answer to all of your questions and help you with anything you want. Everything at our family estate is available for your use From BBQ service to fresh fruits and vegetables which we grow in our garden, everything is available at any time and for free. Every guest will be offered with drinks, cupcakes and many other things. House Petra enjoys a quiet location in Rakovica, 8 km from Plitvice Lakes National Park. It offers comfortable apartments with balconies and free access to Wi-Fi. Each accommodation has a private bathroom, a satellite TV and a kitchen or kitchenette. Kitchenware, a dining area and a tea/coffee maker are provided. Guests can relax on the sunny terrace. Barbecue facilities are at guests’ disposal. A children’s playground can be found in the garden.
